Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations

Registration for 'Shreshta' events is generally non-cancellable. However, in case of a duplicate payment or technical error, please contact us immediately.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are only processed in cases of cancelled events or technical failures where money was deducted but the ticket was not generated.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.
• The amount will be credited back to the original source of payment (Credit Card/UPI/Bank Account).
